1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be relatively unused
• Sale items may be final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges (unless otherwise stated).

• Gift cards, sale items, and personalised items (e.g., monogrammed products) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

• Exchanges can be processed via our email. Customers may need to cover the return shipping cost for exchanges.

All our items are ordered and hand packaged by us and our beautiful staff, as we are a young company, please allow up to 1 week for your order to be packaged and shipped.

For local australian shipping shipping may take 1-5 days depening on your courier and location. 

For international shipping, may take up to 1-14 days depening on your courier and location.
